Programme Structure:
Criteria Review and Development: The Women in ESSKA Mentorship Programme criteria have been developed in alignment with ESSKA's standards for Fellowships. These criteria have undergone a rigorous review process, with final approval by our Women in ESSKA committee.
Programme: We aim to onboard a minimum of 10 mentors, each committed to facilitating at least one resident/fellow visit per year.
