Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction: Effect of graft type

Description

This ePoster presents findings from an observational study looking into how the graft type used in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction effects patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) in the early to mid-term follow up period. The two graft types we compared were bone-patella tendon-bone (BTB) autografts and hamstring tendon (HT) autografts. Patients completed PROMs questionnaires before their surgeries, and in the early to mid-term follow-up period. The results from these questionnaires were then analysed to determine whether any significant differences existed between the two chosen graft types.
