Description
This is a study of 78 cases of arthroscopic RC repair using Biceps tendon as a local auto-graft with margin convergence “Sandwich technique”. It provides a good answer for cases of massive severely retracted RC tears before development of GH osteoarthritic changes. It yields good clinical outcome regarding functional recovery with low re-rupture rate
