Combined Anterolateral Ligament and Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

Description

The anterolateral ligament (ALL) injury is commonly associated with the ACL tear. ALL injury is strongly correlated with persistent rotational instability after ACL reconstruction. However, there is a paucity of literature concerning relationship between the posterior condylar depth, the PTS, and the injury of the ALL.. Therefore the purpose of this retrospective study was to investigate the association between the LFCR, the PTS, and injury of the ALL. It was hypothesized that increased posterior condylar depth and PTS are associated with the injury of the ALL.
