Description
We developed a clinical based scoring system which encompasses symptoms , radiological , influencing factors and provide an end mathematical score for every patient . This method provides an complete , persistent data regardless of the doctor entering it .The scoring system identifies the patient with advance disease and hence gives the ability to prioritize patients for surgery. Early surgery before the disease advances cost less, associated with less complications and increased patient satisfaction. Lastly this mathematical data provides and easy base for future research.
