Description
The authors hypothesized that large opening Medial Opening Wedge High Tibial Osteotomy (MOW-HTO) can lead to relative gastrocnemius shortening which can result in early knee flexion contracture. This study compares the early clinical outcomes between small and large opening MOW-HTO in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
