Is knee arthroscopy necessary for tibial plateau fractures?

Description

Tibial plateau fractures are often associated with meniscus injuries, but the relationship between fracture morphology and meniscus injury is unclear and the use of arthroscopy in surgery is controversial.

The purpose of this study was to validate the utility of knee arthroscopy based on the findings of meniscus injuries associated with tibial plateau fractures.
