Malrotated knee x-rays falsify posterior tibial slope assessment

Description

This study aimed to explore if knee rotation affects posterior tibial slope (PTS) measurement accuracy in clinical practice. It was hypothesized that measurements would differ between lateral radiographs (LR) and malrotated radiographs (MLR).
