Objectives
The preferred treatment for meniscal tears, particularly in cases of bucket-handle meniscal tears (BHMT), is now meniscal repair. There is literature associating lower failure rates of meniscal repairs when they are performed in the context of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL-R). The objective of this study is to present a cohort of non-athlete patients undergoing BHMT arthroscopic repair and to determine if concomitant ACL-R reduces
the risk of meniscal repair failure.
