To compare the two main surgical approaches to address PHFs stratified for Neer fracture types, in order to identify which approach gives the best result for each fracture type.
MIPO-DS demonstrated comparable results to ORIF-DP for all Neer fractures in terms of functional results, while showing a shorter operation time. Higher rate of non-unions in the ORIF-DP group.
