Response Shift Detected Following ACL Reconstruction

Description

This prospective cohort study of patients undergoing ACL reconstruction concluded that response shift was identified in PROM scores just one year after ACLR, suggesting we may be underestimating treatment effects and misinterpreting change scores. Individual coping styles and significant life events influenced PROM scores but not magnitude of response shift.
