Semitendinosus vs Semitendinosus and Gracilis for ACL reconstruction

Description

A semitendinosus autograft may yield slightly better short-term (six-month) knee flexor strength after ACL reconstruction than a combined semitendinosus and gracilis graft, but this advantage does not persist past six months and its clinical significance is unclear due to the small effect size.
