STRENGTH RECOVERY AFTER ALL-INSIDE ACL AND LEMAIRE RECONSTRUCTION

Description

Prospectively evaluate the clinical and functional provisional outcomes at six months of follow-up for anatomic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using the All-Inside technique with autologous tetrafascicular semitendinosus tendon graft (ST4F) and modified Lemaire lateral extraarticular tenodesis (LET) and the results will be compared with the healthy contralateral knee. Clinical evaluation of quadriceps and hamstring isometric strength using Lafayette hand-held dynamometer and single leg jump test were used to evaluate outcomes of both limbs before surgery and at 6 months.
