Description
This study includes a prospective cohort of patient that were treated either surgically of non-surgically for a diversity of rotator cuff tears and onset of complaints. This study found significant superior results for surgical treatment on pain function and quality of life on the short term. Further studies on personalized treatment strategy and prognostic factores for successful treatment should be conducted.
