Description
We present our 10 year follow up of 30 throwing athletes with UCL injuries treated with neutrophil poor platelet-rich plasma as well as the rationale for successful outcomes. We compare the differences in importance in selecting the appropriate bio-formulation of PRP, importance of platelet dosing to stimulate angiogenisis. We also discussed the importance of dynamic imaging to assess healing and recurrence of joint stability to safely progress rehabilitative exercise, progressions.
