Description
Increasing valgus alignment of the knee leads to increased forces on the reconstructed MCL, possibly leading to secondary deficiency of a reconstruction with subsequent re-instability. Valgus deformities ≥ 5° should therefore be corrected concomitantly to a MCLR.
