ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT REVISION SURGERY WITH ALLOGRAFT IS ASSOCIAT

Description

Objectives

Graft rupture is a catastrophic complication for patients who have undergone anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery. The outcomes in ACL revision surgeries (ACL-R), particularly the failure rate, tend to be worse than in primary surgery.

The objectives of this study are to present a cohort of nonathlete patients who underwent ACL-R surgery due to graft re-rupture within the occupational context and to assess whether the type of graft used determines a higher risk of ACL-R surgery failure.
