Impact of the SIFK lesion size on clinical outcomes after HTO

Description

This study examined the effect of necrosis and bone marrow lesion size on clinical outcomes after high tibial osteotomy for spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee following subchondral insufficiency fracture. Results indicated that larger necrosis and BML size may result in worse postoperative outcomes.
