Significance of TT-TG distance in recurrent patellar instability

Description

Tibial-tubercle/trochlear groove (TT-TG) distance is commonly used to evaluate patients with recurrent patellar dislocations and inform management strategies. Isolated use of TT-TG has low sensitivity. Alternative methods include individualisation of TT-TG distance or adjunctive use of other radiological measurements. This study aimed to examine the association between TT-TG distance and adjunctive radiological measurements in patients with and without recurrent patellar dislocations.
