Arthroscopic-assisted reduction of talus fractures may result in superior outcomes with reduced complications in treatment of talus fractures.Despite a learning curve, ARIF offers enhanced exposure, reduced trauma, and improved postoperative results in treating talus fractures. Future comparative studies are required to understand indications and long-term outcomes.
