Knee multiligament injuries are often caused by high-energy traumatic incidents. Treatment within the acute phase has shown better clinical outcomes. Early intervention that allows for the repair of specific anatomical structures is essential for restoring normal biomechanics. One-stage treatment provides better outcomes and fewer failures. In this study, we analyzed patients who came to our attention with multiligamentous knee injuries treated at our facility in acute or chronic settings. Outcomes at 12-month follow-up are presented.
