Description
This study analyzed 1436 cadaveric tibialis posterior tendon allografts harvested between 2007 and 2022, aiming to provide valuable insights for surgeons considering this graft for various orthopedic procedures. The data includes details on donor demographics (age, sex) and graft characteristics (length, diameter). Notably, male donors yielded larger and longer grafts compared to female donors. The study underscores the significance of considering these anatomical and demographic factors when requesting a tibialis posterior tendon graft for surgery, offering a comprehensive resource for surgical planning and decision-making.
