LARS in Achilles tendon repair

Description

Achilles tendon (AT) ruptures have become more common in the last two decades and synthetic grafts such as Ligament Augmentation and Reconstruction System (LARS) became a valid option for AT rupture patients wishing to return to sports at the same pre-injury level as soon as possible. The purpose of this study is to evaluate short to mid-term outcomes in patients with acute and chronic AT reconstruction using LARS.
