Ramp lesions are often missed in routine anterior Knee arthroscopy . it is essential to enter in to the posteromedial compartment to diagnose ramp lesions. Various modalities of repair are feasible , we prefer two posteromedial portal technique for ease of repair . we present our published technique (Arthroscopic techniques ) of efficient, stable and cost effective ramp repair
