Description
A flat adductor magnus MPFL reconstruction is used for recurrent patellar dislocation to stabilise patella. I can be used both in kids and adults. Special advantage of this technique is MPFL femoral attachment, which is free from bone tunnels and implants and therefore suitable for pediatric patellar instability patients with open growth plates.
