ESSKA arranges Mentorship Programmes for surgeons of all experience levels.
We are confident that this will be a great opportunity to advance the careers of younger surgeons and update the knowledge of established surgeons, while building the foundations of collaboration and friendship that will continue over the years, strengthening the ESSKA community.
These programmes have no strict schedules. ESSKA will announce the mentors who are willing to host mentees/partners, with information on the contact details, facility and the focus of training.
ESSKA will then acts as a liaison between the mentee and mentor, without any financial commitment. The date, duration and extent of training is decided by the interested parties, which can range from a few days or months. Travel costs are the responsibility of the mentee candidate.
